File size/Resolution: at 300 dpi minimum
We only accept ads supplied to us as a PDF, JPEG, TIFF, or EPS. PDF is preferred. They can be emailed or sent to us on CD. Files must be flattened, with all fonts and images embedded.
Camera Ready Artwork
Camera Ready Artwork is artwork that is ready for press and needs no changes. To avoid design charges, specifications including the correct size, colors and resolution and free from font errors. PDF files designed to specifications are accepted as camera-ready artwork.
Artwork Responsibility
Submission of artwork is the responsibility of the advertiser. Artwork from the previous insertion will be run if the artwork is not received by the artwork deadline. If the client has not run a previous ad, the client will be liable for the cost of the contracted space not used, and the space will be allocated at the discretion of the publisher. Advertisers will incur production costs for any changes made to initial advertisement in subsequent issues.
Position Placement
Position requests are given full consideration, but the publisher cannot be held liable for failure to accommodate said requests. This does not apply to inside covers and back cover which are space specific ads.
