AVOCA APPRECIATION

I received a copy of the article on Avoca Museum in Lynchburg Living magazine. I want to thank you. Not only have I received positive feedback on it from several sources, we also have had several groups from Lynchburg visit as a result of your article. I thought you did an excellent job of capturing the Museum, as well as what we have to offer.

“BEST OF” BLESSING

Just wanted to drop Lynchburg Living a note to say thanks for the cover image and doing things like the “Best Of” competition. For me as a business, it has brought a lot of light to my business and me personally. Sam Stroud Photo thanks you!

FACEBOOK FANS’ FEEDBACK ABOUT “BEST OF 2010″ WINNERS

Tammy Logan Garcia: I was so excited to see the winners so I could try out some new places and find some doctors, but I was sadly disappointed. I disagree with SOOOOOO many of the “Best” choices. I can’t even stand some of the places voted as the best and I refuse to go back to some of them. So considering that, I don’t think I’ll even be trying anything on the list that I haven’t been to. At least I voted for my favorites so I can say that I at least tried to get good things on the list.

Shelley Todd: SHOCKED by some of the Lynchburg’s Best winners!

Kersten Morrison: Indeed. Chain restaurants shouldn’t even be considered but it is Lynchburg.

Lynchburg Living Responds:

For those who were disappointed by this year’s results, we encourage you to “campaign” to your friends and family next year to vote for your favorites. The “Best Of” competition is always a direct result of the public’s choice, so if you don’ t vote, your favorite has no chance of winning!
