Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Bark

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, divided

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Melt 2 cups milk chocolate chips in a double boiler (or in the microwave, just make sure the chocolate doesn’t burn).

2) Line a baking sheet with wax paper and pour the melted milk chocolate evenly over the baking sheet.

3) Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips and pour evenly over the baking sheet.

4) Using a tooth pick, swirl the white chocolate into the milk chocolate.

5) Scatter the macadamia nuts and remaining white and milk chocolate chips over the baking sheet and gently press into the chocolate.

6) Set baking sheet in the refrigerator until hardened.

7) Once hardened, break into pieces. Wrap in cellophane wrapping and tie with a bow for a tasty and simple holiday gift.
